I grew up in Santa Clara. I literally know each street and neighborhood in this dynamic city. When I became a Realtor in 2004, I wanted to specialize in selling Santa Clara homes and deliver a higher level of service to homeowners that was not being offered at the time. From the very beginning, I helped owners revamp their homes, stage them, and provide quality marketing only seen in higher-end markets, all to maximize the return on their sale and at a value lower than what most agents charge.
