About Shane Collins

I have been a real estate professional since 2006, and have successfully closed hundreds of residential and commercial transactions, including short sales and bank owned properties. With personal experience owning residential, commercial and income property investments, along with my background as a CPA, I am uniquely qualified to assist you whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned real estate investor. My commitment to you, my clients, is to manage your real estate needs professionally, with the attention to detail that you deserve, without pressuring you, EVER. I will provide you with the information that you need to make informed decisions. You will have the benefit of an entire team that gets the job done. From lenders, inspectors, contractors escrow officers, to the home warranty provider; you will have access to a network of professionals that I have the utmost confidence in. Most importantly, I have worked hard to build relations with other local realtors. It benefits YOU to have a Realtor that other Realtors want to do business with. Chico IS my hometown. I am a graduate of Paradise High School and received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara before returning to Chico in 2000. I am a member of the California Association of Realtors and the Chico Association of Realtors, and was nominated and elected by my colleagues to serve on the Board of Directors for the Chico Association of Realtors where I have proudly served since 2011. I was the President of the Chico Association in 2015, and Sierra North Valley Realtor's "Realtor of the Year" in 2023. I want to be on your team!
