This includes successful relationships with Bank and Asset Managers listing and selling Bank owned properties. Joan has also used her experience to assist first time home buyers through the process of qualifying and finding their home. She has a unique way of remembering existing real estate inventory and then matching it with people who have expressed an interest to "move-up" or "move-down" in their current real estate situation.
