About Mike Gardner

Short version: My 50+ Zillow reviews sum me up best! Read the reviews and you'll know exactly what to expect working with me. With integrity, resourcefulness, and straight talk, I've become the highest rated and most reviewed agent in Malibu.....by a long shot. I care more about your satisfaction, and getting a great review, than I do about getting paid. Contact another agent and you'll be taking your chances ! **WARNING** About half the agents advertising in Malibu on Zillow don't specialize in Malibu real estate and most of them have never even sold a home in Malibu! With $100,000 septic systems and future sewer assesments, strict building & remodeling codes, and very different neigborhoods to choose from, working with an outside agent can be a big mistake! Long Version: My name is Michael Gardner and my team and I want to assist you with any size transaction. We really believe that your satisfaction is more important than our commission check and our attention to your transaction will prove it. Just read our reviews and you'll know it's true! I'm currently the highest rated Malibu agent on Zillow with 5 stars in every category across $80,000,000 in transactions and I treat my $800k condo clients with the same first rate attention as I do my $20m luxury home clients. I truly love every minute of the real estate transaction. Even the moments when it's tough, I enjoy the problem solving and the negotiation process that leads to a successful close. I'm an agent at Sotheby's International Realty specializing in the city of Malibu, California. I live here, work here, and I'm raising a family here. I've been a real estate agent for 15 years and have been awarded top honors in my company placing my performance in the top 1% of all agents nationwide in 2017. My goal is to empower the client with relevant information so they can be prepared to make the best decisions when buying or selling. I strive throughout the transaction to make sure the client is feeling represented and receiving the highest in customer service. I am often sought out by the press and have appeared on Good Morning America, the front page of the LA Times Business section, The Hollywood Reporter, and The Wall Street Journal. I am also the author of The Malibu Real Estate Blog where I've been giving "The low down on the high end" for many years! Give us a shot, you won't regret it. We want you to be our next 5 Star reviewer! Mike Gardner 1-310-699-8428
