Jon first found his passion for real estate at 21, when he purchased his first home, and later owned other rental properties in his early twenties. This ultimately led him to make real estate his full-time career at the age of 24. Leslie started in real estate as a loan processor for a very successful mortgage company, where she learned the finance side of the business and handled hundreds of transactions. When Jon and Leslie began working together, they were one of the youngest top-performing teams in their office of over 100 agents, and have since been consistent top producers, earning the highest production award several times from Bay East Association of Realtors, The Pinnacle Award, which less than 5% of local agents achieve.
