Danielle Lazier has been a San Francisco real estate industry innovator since 2002 having sold over $1B in SF Bay Area property. She created one of the first real estate blogs in the country, SFhotlist, and has a long history of leveraging social media and strategic marketing efforts in her client's favor. Having grown up in both New Jersey and Dallas, Texas, and having attended college in Connecticut, Danielle’s friendly yet direct East Coast assertiveness is tempered by Texas charm, which is especially effective in negotiations.
