About Ardee Jagt

I was fortunate enough to join the Cozy Cabin Team in October of 2011. Having been a top producer during my last 7 years at my last office my goal was to continue in that direction. Since joining the Cozy Cabin family I have achieved that goal and remain a top producer in the office. Now in my 38th year of selling real estate I am also certified by the California Association of Realtors as a Foreclosure and Short Sale Specialist. I take great pride in being in tune with what buyers are searching for. I know the inventory of properties and pride myself in finding my clients their perfect home at a great price. I also love listing and have been very successful in pricing them right to sell. I'd love to help you find your new home. Or even Sell your present one. You can visit our web site at www.cozycabinsrealty.com When not working with Buyers and Sellers I volunteer with the English Springer Spaniel Rescue (ESRA http://springerrescue.org) whose goal is rescue, rehabilitation and re-home dogs. My latest rescue's name is Rudy. When not working with animals I also enjoy running in half marathons. Recently completing my 165 half marathon.
